Run like hell

“Run like hell” is the story of a social worker who became overwhelmed by the job, then started overeating to cope with stress (mostly boxes of Tim Bits) and finally turned to physical exercise in the form of running to gain control over his body and mind. Ultimately, the show is a survey and explanation of personal mental health struggles, coping strategies, and running subcultures on the West Coast of Canada.
